Welcome to my profile! As a current MBA student at The Wharton School and a Master in Law candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, I bring a unique blend of business and legal expertise to my coaching. Coming from a non-traditional background of public policy, I know how daunting it can be to apply to MBA programs. Prior to Wharton, I spent 5 years at the American Financial Services Association, where I advised consumer lending companies on state legislative and regulatory issues. I am also a disability inclusion advocate, serving on the board of a nonprofit called Full Spectrum Agency for Autistic adults. I am also the President of Wharton's Disability Empowerment & Action League. Before becoming a Leland coach, I have coached prospective students, helping them navigate the competitive MBA admissions process. I am especially excited to work with applicants from non-traditional backgrounds or who are passionate about disability. I have coached my entire life, beginning with SAT coaching in high school, I enjoy helping motivated individuals reach their goals. My coaching style is transparent, to-the-point, and my desire is to help you reach your maximal potential. I can coach for GS internships / full-time recruiting, PE recruiting, Y-Combinator applications, and HBS applications.

I take a highly supportive approach to coaching and aim to create an environment in which my clients can be completely open about their worries so I can be the best possible coach for them. That said, you can expect me to be constructively candid – because coaching is about challenging you and accelerating your growth, not making you feel good so I can collect a check. In addition to sitting on both Stanford's and Northwestern's alumni admissions councils, I was an interviewer at Google and Facebook, so I've spent many hours "on the other side of the table" and can give you a strong sense for how you might be perceived by interviewers and admissions committees. I enjoy coaching people from a huge range of backgrounds, but I specialize in coaching folks from lower-income families, LGBTQ+ candidates, and those from unconventional backgrounds trying to thrive in tech.
