I'm a London Business School alumnus and interviewer who started A1 MBA Consultants (A1mba.com). I have helped 120+ students, including ex-Formula 1 Race Driver Nicholas Latifi, get into their dream MBA program at schools such as HBS, Stanford GSB, Columbia, Wharton, Kellogg, London Business School, INSEAD, Oxford, Cambridge, and many more. I adopt a comprehensive and much more hands-on approach than your typical consultant, leveraging my insights into what adcoms want that I gained from being an interviewer. I have had a chance to coach and mentor multiple individuals on their MBA application journey - from exploring and selecting the appropriate school to apply to, making R1 vs. R2 decisions, brainstorming ideas for essays, and preparing for interviews. I earned my MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business, where I served as Vice President of the Veterans Association and the Tech Association. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how MBA programs work, what admissions committees look for, and how students can make the most of their time in business school. My own MBA propelled me into roles at Salesforce and later into a Chief of Staff position at Zoom—proof of how powerful the right MBA path can be. Now, I help others create the same kind of transformation. I have supported Admissions interviews for candidates in to the Chicago Booth part-time MBA program so I have a strong sense of what it takes to gain successful admission. During my application process, I only considered 2 part-time programs (Booth & Kellogg) and was able to attain admission to both.
