Mansi’s MBA Qualifications
Welcome! I’m an incoming MBA candidate at Columbia Business School and a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Having been admitted to every MBA program where I interviewed, including Columbia, Chicago Booth, MIT Sloan, and Yale SOM, I understand what it takes to build an authentic and compelling application. Beyond admissions, I’ve built a sustainable activewear company, Crave Active, and led AI-driven initiatives as a Program Manager at Zillow. My experiences as an entrepreneur and operator have shaped how I approach storytelling: every applicant has a unique journey, and the strongest applications bring that story to life. I’m here to help you uncover what makes you stand out, connect your experiences to your passions and goals, and approach the MBA process with confidence.

About Mansi
Applying to business school was one of the most transformative—and overwhelming—experiences of my life. I know what it's like to stare at a blank essay, question whether your story is compelling enough, and spend weeks debating where you belong. Throughout my application journey, I was fortunate to earn admission to multiple top MBA programs, including Columbia Business School, where I'll be starting this fall. Along the way, I became obsessed with the strategy behind successful applications: crafting authentic essays, preparing for interviews, understanding each school's culture, and making one of the biggest decisions of my career. Outside of admissions, I'm a former Program Manager at Zillow and the founder of a wellness apparel company, Crave Active. Balancing a demanding career while building a business taught me how to tell a story that connects accomplishments with purpose—something admissions committees look for. As a coach, my goal isn't to write your application for you. It's to help you uncover the strongest version of your own story, build a smart school strategy, and make confident decisions throughout the process. I believe the best applications feel deeply personal, and I love helping applicants find the experiences that make them unforgettable.
Why do I coach?
I coach because helping others grow is one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. I love helping applicants uncover what makes them unique and transform those strengths into a compelling, authentic story. My goal isn't just to help someone get admitted—it's to help them feel confident in who they are, excited about where they're headed, and proud of the story they're telling. Having been admitted to every MBA program I interviewed with, I've come to believe that interviewing isn't simply an innate talent—it's a skill that can be developed. The strongest interviews don't come from memorizing answers; they come from deeply understanding your own experiences, passions, and motivations. Once you have that foundation, your confidence becomes genuine, your stories become memorable, and your conversations feel authentic. I believe the best applications come from self-awareness and authenticity, and I love guiding people through that journey.
