My career has been in sales, sales management and sales training. I recently completed my ICF certification training (exam scheduled for April) to build my skills as a professional coach. At this point in my career, I am eager to help others. It is my way of paying forward the years of coaching and mentoring I received. I believe everyone deserves a coach to be a sounding board, a mentor, an advisor and to help generate new ideas.

After graduating from undergrad, I jumped into SaaS/tech sales with virtually no selling experience. In just over 2 years, I've promoted from Jr BDR -> Sr SDR -> Jr AE -> Sr AE -> Sales Manager. Currently I'm overseeing Business Development at Commure (a $6 billion HeathTech company) and am responsible for hiring, training, and coaching individuals looking to both break into tech sales, and crush it when they do. I have helped a handful of individuals land their first BDR/SDR roles at top SaaS companies. I've also helped several BDRs land their first promotion into an AE role.

Sales are not science but an art, and it requires a lot of practice. Sure, we all have those monthly targets to hit, but the connections you build along the way? That can benefit you a lifetime. I have 10 years of sales experience managing customers of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 to grow their businesses. My counterparts range from execution levels to founders and VCs, but also internal stakeholders. My work covers business development, partner development and also account management. I manage XXM+ USD revenue every quarter and have been constantly over-achieving target. I am senior sales leader at Google and also part of the recruiting committee.
