I am a current management consultant with 7 years of consulting experience, including experience at L.E.K. and an MBA from Kellogg. I have spent a lot of time around consulting recruiting — as a candidate, a business school peer coach, and through years of informal case prep and recruiting support. Across that time, I have worked through hundreds of practice cases and have seen how candidates improve when they get direct, specific feedback rather than generic advice. My focus is on helping candidates get better at the things that actually matter in live interviews: structuring ambiguous problems, doing clean math under pressure, communicating clearly, synthesizing the answer, and showing practical business judgment.

While at EY-Parthenon, I've conducted 50+ case and behavioral interviews, and worked on recruiting teams for both undergrad and MBA programs. I've worked with consulting applicants from undergrad internships through post-MBA roles on everything from perfecting your resume to behavioral interviewing, refining your brand and nailing the case interview.

I help leaders with everything from leadership habits to interview prep. I have a Master's degree in Education from Harvard, which allows me to 'teach' people how to think about PEI and cases, rather than just doing the standard role plays with often topical feedback. I truly enjoy the process and have several clients who have gone on to thrive at MBB.
