I’m here to help you craft your story to make you shine and sound more human (more YOU) than resume! Hi, I’m Arushi! I graduated from the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin with my Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and minors in Creative Writing Honors and Educational Psychology. I look forward to attaining an MA in Education and MBA at Stanford in 2026 as I focus on solving problems of inequity in the education system. I have professional experience in management consulting, nonprofit management, venture capital, and (most recently) teaching high school English, so I am comfortable working with people of all backgrounds and ability levels. Coming from a small town in Texas and a healthcare background, I had to proactively network and seek mentors to gain the resources to break into consulting and receive an MBA acceptance. I know what it’s like to feel new and overwhelmed by the business world, and I’m here to support anybody who may feel like an underdog or disconnected from ‘traditional’ business spaces. I’m experienced in developing others' self-confidence and finding the ‘through line’ that connects people’s experiences, linking their passions to careers in consulting and graduate degrees. Identifying your passion, telling your story, and exuding confidence during the interview is a challenging process, so I’m here to help you succeed by being your most authentic, brilliant self!
