Why do I coach?

I coach because I find that it's the most potent way to help people achieve clarity and transformations. I've been in psychology and leadership development for many years, and something about the coaching engagement yields better results than I've seen doing comprehensive development programs for hundreds of corporate senior leaders. I believe the difference is that in, at least my, coaching approach, the client is the expert and it's my job to help bring out their wisdom and expertise.
