During my time as a consultant at BCG, I was deeply involved in recruiting, including leading undergraduate recruiting for my office and spearheading recruiting efforts for my alma mater, Dartmouth. I also interviewed with both McKinsey and Bain. Now, I work with candidates to strengthen cover letters and resumes and to excel in both case and behavioral interviews for consulting roles. I specialize in a fundamentals-based case method style, teaching students how to approach cases in a logical and repeatable way.

I worked in management consulting for five years across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Engagement Manager, and in the office of the CEO at McKinsey & Company. I was also able to do a secondment at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a year. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led first and second-year analyst trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. And in college at the University of Michigan, I peer coached dozens of students to offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Strategy&, and Deloitte.

If you're from an Ivy, do not reach out. I know what it takes to break into management consulting from a non-target background because I’ve done it myself. Coming from a Georgia State, without a built-in pipeline to MBB, I had to find my own path—learning how to network, tell my story, and master the consulting interview process. From a non-target university to McKinsey was not an obvious path, and it’s one I want to help others navigate with more confidence and clarity. I'm a former Bain consultant and spent several years helping dozens of potential MBB candidates practice case interviews, prepare applications, and network. I come from a non-business major (Computer Science) and can help STEM students optimize their resumes, interviews, and recruiting strategy to stand out. During my time at Bain, I spent over a year and a half in the Private Equity Group. I also did a number of growth strategy and performance improvement cases for large companies in the Tech, Telecommunications, and Education industries. After almost 3 years at Bain, I left to join a venture-capital fund. Since then, I've joined a high-growth startup as a product manager. I can speak to intentional professional development in an MBB environment and the transition from consulting to VC/tech startup ecosystem.

I am the only student to receive offers from both Bain and McKinsey from UC Santa Barbara. I just went through the networking and interview process, so tips and tricks are fresh on my mind compared to people who have left MBB after doing their time there. I have coached 7 friends into offers at Bain, McKinsey, LEK, Strategy&, EY, and PwC. I have also coached friends into Bain, McKinsey, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, and Big 4 final round interviews.
