I’m a case interview coach who’s been through the consulting recruiting process very recently, so the strategies I teach are current and practical. I received offers from Bain and McKinsey and am the only one ever to do so from UC Santa Barbara. I’ve helped 20+ candidates prepare for case interviews and supported offers at Bain, McKinsey, L.E.K., EY, PwC, and other firms. Most of my coaching comes from working closely with peers and underclassmen, focusing on clear structure, strong communication, and staying composed under pressure. I didn’t come from a target school or have F500 internships on my résumé. I had to learn casing from first principles and figure out how to compete without pedigree. That experience shapes how I coach. Because I just went through interviews myself, I know what actually matters right now; what interviewers are looking for, where candidates get stuck, and what helps you stand out in a 30-minute case.
