Hi! I'm a former Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), largely focused on strategy work. During my time at BCG, I was actively involved in recruiting efforts, running office undergrad recruiting and also spearheading recruiting for my alma mater, Dartmouth. I also went through the interview process at McKinsey and Bain so am familiar with their styles. I am a former BCG consultant, now at Harvard Business School. My coaching has had a 100% success rate so far in helping applicants land MBB offers. While at BCG, I led internal recruiting efforts and gave resume and cover letter feedback to 50+ prospective applicants. Under Leland, I've coached many to successful MBB offers. I also interviewed with McKinsey and Bain and can speak to the different interview styles and what each looks for.
