I have been with BCG since 2022 and was promoted to Consultant in 2024. Prior to joining BCG, I gained significant experience preparing for and applying to interviews with top consulting firms, including McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Deloitte, and others. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the highly competitive consulting recruitment process. Over the years, I have successfully coached several candidates to excel in case interviews, build strong networks, and adopt a strategic approach to breaking into management consulting. I believe the keys to success are the following: (1) Practice – Casing is a skill that requires consistent practice, repetition, and the ability to recognize patterns. Building this muscle is essential. (2) Readiness to Learn – Coachability, diligence, and enthusiasm are traits that help candidates stand out and demonstrate their potential. (3) Grit – The candidates who secure offers are those who maintain focus and resilience, navigating both setbacks and wins with determination and mental toughness.

I spent over two years full time and an additional summer internship at BCG as an Associate, heavily focused on Strategy development and Transformation execution. Earning the highest possible performance placement consecutively, I helped coach peers in L&D sessions and was involved in recruiting efforts at the firm. During my time at Emory's Goizueta Business School I lead the Goizueta Consulting Group in establishing a mentorship program, developed new curricula, and led live practice interviews, all aimed at enhancing students’ readiness for case and behavioral interviews. Additionally, as the Co-lead for Goizueta Business School's Career Management Coaches, I specialized in preparing students for consulting interviews, guiding a team of coaches to provide targeted support. In my own recruitment process, I received multiple offers and had final round interviews at all of the MBB. Simply put, I know what it takes to be hired and perform as a consultant at the world's best firms.
