USC Marshall Faculty | Former Deloitte | Consulting Coach
I’m a management consultant turned educator with over a decade of experience helping top talent break into and thrive within elite consulting firms. I spent 10+ years at Deloitte Consulting, where I advised Fortune 500 clients on strategy, innovation, growth, and digital transformation, and built a reputation for structured thinking, executive-level communication, and real-world problem solving.
Today, I serve in a dual role at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business: Associate Director of the Consulting Practice, where I lead corporate partnerships and consulting programs, and Adjunct Professor, where I teach MBA students strategic innovation and consulting-style problem solving. I work closely with students and professionals preparing for consulting recruitment and have a strong track record of successful outcomes (100+ offers) across McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, and PwC—from case interview mastery to offer negotiation and long-term career strategy.
My coaching style is practical, structured, and honest. I don’t just teach frameworks—I help you think like a consultant, communicate with confidence, and perform under pressure. Whether you’re targeting MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms, I’ll help you sharpen your story, elevate your case performance, and approach recruiting with clarity and confidence. If you’re serious about consulting, I’ll help you compete at the highest level.
