Welcome to my profile. I am a former Associate at Boston Consulting Group and a Princeton University graduate with firsthand experience navigating the consulting recruiting process. During my own preparation, I completed dozens of cases and developed a strong understanding of what top consulting firms look for in candidates. I have coached around 20 candidates preparing for consulting interviews, helping them improve their case structuring, quantitative reasoning, and communication under pressure. My coaching focuses on building the core skills needed to succeed in interviews rather than memorizing frameworks. In our sessions, I provide clear, practical feedback on how to structure problems, drive the case forward, and deliver strong syntheses. I also help candidates refine their behavioral stories and prepare for the full consulting interview process. I'm currently an early-stage climate tech startup operator, but attribute much of my professional journey and generalist skill set to my first job in consulting at Redstone Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on social impact. At Redstone, I worked on cases related to education, human services, and climate; I also co-led the recruiting working group, improving our candidate review, case interview, and deliberation processes. I chose Redstone over offers from Bain and EY-Parthenon. I've helped 15+ individuals secure roles at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, and other top firms using a holistic coaching approach spanning behavioral / application review, a structured case coaching curriculum, and offer negotiation. I enjoy this work because it's rewarding to watch clients build skills around structured thinking, analytical intuition, and clear communication in real-time, and carry them into their professional careers. I bring firsthand experience from McKinsey & Company (NJ office, 2019-2021), where I advised top-tier clients in the Electric Power and Natural Gas sectors as a Business Analyst. 🌍 My journey continued at CrossBoundary, a global investment firm, where I served as a Senior Associate, supporting clients in Iraq, Jordan, and other countries in the Middle East. I also bring a unique perspective as an American professional who has extensive international work experience and can speak to the opportunities and challenges of working abroad. 📈 Leveraging my experience in interviewing and hiring, I specialize in helping clients master the case interview, craft compelling personal narratives, and navigate the competitive consulting landscape.

Throughout my time at Accenture, I have been able to acquire an understanding of not only the work consulting firms do but also the ins and outs of workplace culture, especially when it comes to entry-level employee expectations and desired strengths.
