I'm currently an early-stage climate tech startup operator, but attribute much of my professional journey and generalist skill set to my first job in consulting at Redstone Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on social impact. At Redstone, I worked on cases related to education, human services, and climate; I also co-led the recruiting working group, improving our candidate review, case interview, and deliberation processes. I chose Redstone over offers from Bain and EY-Parthenon. I've helped 15+ individuals secure roles at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, and other top firms using a holistic coaching approach spanning behavioral / application review, a structured case coaching curriculum, and offer negotiation. I enjoy this work because it's rewarding to watch clients build skills around structured thinking, analytical intuition, and clear communication in real-time, and carry them into their professional careers. 👨🏾‍💼 I have over four years of experience in management consulting and investment advisory. I bring firsthand experience from McKinsey & Company (NJ office, 2019-2021), where I advised top-tier clients in the Electric Power and Natural Gas sectors as a Business Analyst. 🌍 My journey continued at CrossBoundary, a global investment firm, where I served as a Senior Associate, supporting clients in Iraq, Jordan, and other countries in the Middle East. I also bring a unique perspective as an American professional who has extensive international work experience and can speak to the opportunities and challenges of working abroad. 📈 Leveraging my experience in interviewing and hiring, I specialize in helping clients master the case interview, craft compelling personal narratives, and navigate the competitive consulting landscape.

Also worked as Chief of Staff for a year supporting Global Managing Partner - can coach on getting in, career trajectory within consulting, how to dig yourself out of a bad review (went from lowest to highest rating within a year), international transfer, office selection, exist strategy, etc.

Priya joined Smash Capital in April 2022 as a Venture Investor in the Los Angeles investment office. Most recently, Priya worked at March Capital, a growth-stage venture capital fund in Santa Monica focused on B2B SaaS investments. Prior to joining March Capital, Priya received her MBA from Columbia Business School. During her time at Columbia, Priya worked at a seed stage venture capital fund focused on investing in female founded startups, an early-stage venture capital fund that invests in entrepreneurial consumer brands, and an early-stage venture capital fund focused on investing in enterprise businesses. Before business school, Priya worked at Deloitte Consulting where she specialized in transforming business processes at Fortune 500 organizations. At Deloitte, Priya developed global technology solutions for Financial Services clients but served clients in a variety of industries including TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), Consumer and Packaged Goods, and Professional Services. Outside of client service, Priya worked on a variety of entrepreneurial initiatives including consulting for grassroots organizations in Central America. Priya received her B.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin.
