About Erin
I’m a Harvard Business School grad and former McKinsey consultant who helps professionals and entrepreneurs bring structure and confidence to big career and business moves. My background spans strategy, leadership, and entrepreneurship—from advising Fortune 500s to running my own search fund. Before that, I served in the Navy, where I learned how to stay calm and focused when the stakes are high. I coach the same way I ski—deliberate, steady, and with an eye for the next turn—helping clients navigate uncertainty and find their best line forward.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve lived the moments of uncertainty my clients face—the transitions that test your confidence, identity, and direction. In the Navy, I learned the discipline to stay calm under pressure. At McKinsey, I learned how clarity and structure can turn chaos into opportunity. And as an entrepreneur, I learned the power of having the right mentor at the right time. Coaching matters to me because it’s not just about performance—it’s about transformation. I do this work to help others make bold, informed moves that align with who they are and where they’re going.
