As an incoming Summer Associate at BCG and former Summer Analyst at McKinsey, I bring firsthand experience successfully landing 2/3 MBB offers coming from a non-target school and non-traditional background, in the most recent 2024-2026 recruiting cycles. I've gone through to final round interview processes for all three MBB firms, have administered 100+ cases, and successfully coached peers to secure MBB final round interviews and full time offers. As Executive Vice President of the premier UCI branch of 180 Degrees Consulting, I've personally developed an intensive 8-week training curriculum for incoming consultant cohorts, providing 1-1 skill development in frame-working, market-sizing, case math, and behavioral interviews for 30+ individuals. I continue to provide tailored career coaching, resume review, and case interview practice to active club members. I've spent 6 years tutoring advanced K-12 students for rigorous college placement, AP, and IB exams and have developed systems for coaching people with different learning styles. I've worked with several neurodivergent students with autism, ADHD, and OCD to leverage their unique strengths and achieve competitive goals.

I have over eight years of strategy consulting experience at Deloitte, from campus-hire analyst to post-MBA engagement manager. I was a consistent top-performer throughout my tenure, accepted into Deloitte Consulting’s MBA sponsorship program before attending the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business full-time MBA program. I led projects in growth strategy and transformation, helping VP+ clients define how to grow top line numbers as well as find efficiencies. This includes Board of Director material prep, workshops to plot courses for growth and opportunity identification, prioritization, and operationalization.

While being a recruiting lead at McKinsey gave me the playbook, my unique coaching method is what makes the difference. I focus on developing the core frameworks that allow you to tackle any unconventional case interview with confidence and creativity (thinking on your feet). We’ll take a comprehensive look at the entire interview process (both case and PEI), and run drill sessions to master each component—Math, frameworking, chart reading, brainstorming, starting and closing the case—until you feel 100% in each area. We’ll also practice the positive self-talk that helps you overcome challenges during interviews, because at the end of the day, so much of this is mental. I’ve coached 60+ students who have achieved a 100% success rate in securing consulting offers, with nearly half of them from the world’s most prestigious firms (MBB and Tier 2).
