Hi! I'm Brad, an experienced management consulting applications coach. I lead my local office's recruitment processes on behalf of the firm’s leadership team for Associate Consultants (e.g. new graduates), as well as being the MBA school recruitment lead for INSEAD. I was also part of the Global Training Team and lead global training sessions for Associate Consultants, Senior Associate Consultants and Consultants, as well as being the lead trainer for the same groups for domestic training. Before joining Bain, I had significant interviewing a coaching experience outside of consulting, including hiring >30 FTEs across various professional roles (including private equity), coaching new police recruits on forensic shoeprint retrieval and interpretation at the New Zealand Police College and tutoring at the University of Auckland School of Medicine.

I’m a former consultant at L.E.K., where I was promoted early after leading M&A and strategy projects across tech, consumer, healthcare, and industrials. I later transitioned into private equity at The Riverside Company, giving me a unique lens on how consulting sets you up for high-impact roles beyond the case interview. I spent over two years full time and an additional summer internship at BCG as an Associate, heavily focused on Strategy development and Transformation execution. Earning the highest possible performance placement consecutively, I helped coach peers in L&D sessions and was involved in recruiting efforts at the firm. During my time at Emory's Goizueta Business School I lead the Goizueta Consulting Group in establishing a mentorship program, developed new curricula, and led live practice interviews, all aimed at enhancing students’ readiness for case and behavioral interviews. Additionally, as the Co-lead for Goizueta Business School's Career Management Coaches, I specialized in preparing students for consulting interviews, guiding a team of coaches to provide targeted support. In my own recruitment process, I received multiple offers and had final round interviews at all of the MBB. Simply put, I know what it takes to be hired and perform as a consultant at the world's best firms.

I spent 3 years at McKinsey & Company, in the Chicago and Nairobi offices. I was among the first cohort of BAs ever trained to be case interviewers. I then spent 2 years interviewing on behalf of offices in the US, Europe, and Africa for roles ranging from summer interns through advanced/mid-career hires. Prior to becoming an interviewer, I led sourcing, resume reviews, and coaching across several recruiting cycles for intern and full-time candidates at the undergraduate and advanced degree levels. As a coach, I've helped successful MBB applicants land internships, entry-level, and post-MBA roles after working with them to perfect resumes, networking strategies, and behavioral stories, as well as nailing the case.

I’m qualified to coach Management Consulting because I’ve been on both sides of the process: I worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where I spent a year in the Private Equity Group conducting commercial due diligences for PE clients across a range of industries, including edtech, blockchain, SaaS, and acting software. I also worked on a biotech operating model engagement, which gave me experience with broader strategic and organizational problem-solving beyond diligence work. In addition to my consulting background, I’ve spent significant time helping candidates prepare for case interviews.
