I spent 3 years on our recruiting team for Southern California schools as my firm initiative or 'extracurricular', co-leading recruitment for the Claremont Colleges and supporting recruitment at USC and UCLA in addition to my client work. Through that and Deloitte's Leadership, Allyship, and Mentorship Program (DLAMP) for underrepresented applicants, I led multiple candidates through the Deloitte Consulting application process and coordinated recruitment and selection efforts on the back end.
