About Maclaine
I graduated from Harvard College in 2020 with a degree in Economics. At Harvard, I worked as a research assistant at an economics research lab, was a Peer Advising Fellow, and captained the Women's Volleyball team. At graduating, I joined McKinsey & Company, where I focused on consumer, retail, and higher education. I also did a rotation with McKinsey's economic research arm, as well as an externship with the strategy team at lululemon. I am currently an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School. In my free time, I enjoy running and traveling.
Why do I coach?
I wouldn't be where I am today without mentorship. From peers helping me ace the consulting interview, to MBA students running mock interviews, I'm incredibly grateful for the coaching I've received throughout my life. I coach because I want to help other students and young professionals achieve their biggest goals!
