I was promoted early to Principal and worked across multiple industries and multiple functions. I can speak to navigating feedback, staffing, and promotion.

I am the only student to receive offers from both Bain and McKinsey from UC Santa Barbara. I just went through the networking and interview process, so tips and tricks are fresh on my mind compared to people who have left MBB after doing their time there. I have coached 7 friends into offers at Bain, McKinsey, LEK, Strategy&, EY, and PwC. I have also coached friends into Bain, McKinsey, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, and Big 4 final round interviews.

I've guided several businesses through the early stages of revenue growth. From establishing validation of their idea, identifying their ICP and strategizing on their go-to-market game plan, don't make the same mistakes that other companies have had to. Once this foundation is set, the work of building structured and scalable teams, systems and processes is next. Tools and tech stacks are then introduced, but require fundamental understanding of how they're going to be used at scale. Then comes tailored and impactful messaging, scripts and collateral. Once we have sales opportunities to start the funnel and pipeline, I will ensure efficiency throughout the customer journey with sales, and beyond into implementation and customer success. Strategy building and training on growth and expansion efforts round out the revenue cycle. This process scales as the business grows. My experience as a founder and mastering this process through various companies in SaaS, serving 10+ industries has solidified the process, the roadmap and the outcome.
