I’ve spent the past five years at Bain across both consulting and talent development. I began on the consulting side, leading teams for clients in healthcare, tech, and private equity, before transitioning into Talent Development. Most recently, I led Bain New York’s Associate Consultant Program, overseeing the development, performance, and advising of early-career consultants. I’ve also been deeply involved in recruiting as an anchor interviewer and internship program lead, giving me a strong perspective on how candidates stand out, secure offers, and succeed at Bain.

I’m currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and will be joining McKinsey after graduation.
