400+ people coached for Management Consulting

Andrea has helped clients get into these companies:

BCG consultant with 75+ consulting offers achieved and a 92% MBB success rate* (98% for management consulting overall). MBA from SDA Bocconi and Columbia Business School, mechanical engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Illinois. Candidates I've coached have received offers from McKinsey, BCG, Bain and second tier firms (Kearney, Roland Berger, Strategy&), entering from programs including HBS, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, Booth, Kellogg, MIT Sloan, LBS, INSEAD, HEC Paris, Bocconi and IESE. I support candidates from application prep (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn) through to interviews (fit and case interview). Sessions cover market sizing, idea generation, and every type of case (including profitability, market entry, M&A, pricing). The goal is — almost metaphysically — to become an external observer of the case: understand its strategy, anticipate its moves, and stay present, balanced and centred in every moment of the interview. From direct experience, having lived through all of these dynamics myself — the doubts about whether you're investing your time in a way that's functional, constructive and not dispersive, the setbacks and the ability to learn from them — I'm able to accompany you through this as well, which is one of the most important parts of the journey. The other aspect we'll work on, and that almost no one addresses, is the psychological side: managing pressure, picking yourself up after a mistake, building confidence in yourself, learning to communicate that confidence and knowing your own worth. These are the factors that determine the outcome, far more than the 'perfect' framework. If what you've read resonates, write to me. *1:1 coaching, among candidates with a qualified profile.

About Andrea

BCG consultant with an MBA from SDA Bocconi and Columbia Business School, and a mechanical engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Illinois. I've prepared 400+ students across GMAT Focus, Executive Assessment, MBA admissions, and consulting interview prep for MBB and second tier firms. I also prepare for Private Equity and Investment Banking interviews. GMAT: median student score of 665 Focus (equivalent to ~720 old GMAT, 94th percentile), with improvements of up to 400 points. All students who completed the full admissions journey were admitted to their target business school. Consulting: 75+ offers, 92% MBB success rate* and 98% in management consulting. *among candidates with a qualified profile.

Why do I coach?

I started taking private lessons in high school, and it changed everything. The right tutor didn't just help me pass exams, they made me genuinely passionate about the subject. That experience stuck with me. When a friend asked me to help him prepare for the GMAT, I said yes, and I realized I could do for others what those tutors had done for me. I started with GMAT, then university courses, and over the years moved into MBA admissions, Consulting Interview Prep, Private Equity and Investment Banking. What drives me is a simple belief: anyone with the right motivation can get there; it's about finding someone who explains things in a way that clicks, who understands you, and who pushes you forward. I love working with ambitious people who are ready to put themselves out there.
