I had a lot of varied interests in high school from robotics to debate, and when it came time for college applications, I had no idea what I wanted to do in the future. I was interested in the collaborative nature of business, enjoyed hands-on building with engineering, and also loved learning about current events and policy solutions through public policy. I spent a lot of time crafting a narrative that encompassed all my interests along a single thread, and spent effort creating individual supplements for each school. At the end of the day, my effort paid off and when it came time to choose between acceptances, I had gotten into Georgia Tech for Aerospace Engineering, NYU Stern for business, and Georgetown for public policy. I've since helped several others navigate the college application process with an emphasis on creating an essay and strategy that best reflects each student and their goals.

I earned admission to Brown University with a likely letter, which reflects not only strong academics but also a well-rounded application that stood out among a competitive pool. In addition, I was awarded the Banneker/Key Scholarship at the University of Maryland — the school’s most prestigious full-ride merit scholarship given to only a small number of top applicants. On top of that, I received the Gates Millennium Scholarship, a nationally competitive and prestigious award that recognizes outstanding leadership, academic excellence, and community service. These achievements show that I understand how to craft an application that resonates with admissions committees and scholarship boards alike. I graduated cum laude from Harvard and went on to earn graduate degrees from MIT, Wharton, and Stanford — giving me firsthand experience navigating admissions at four of the most selective universities in the world.
