About Hillary

I am a graduate of Brown University, where I majored in English, I hold a J.D. from Boston College Law School. I also have a Certificate in College Counseling(admissions advising) from Columbia University-Teachers College. I have worked in significant roles with students for several decades, as Assistant Dean of The Pre-law Advising Program at Fordham University, as a Director in the Career Services Center at Fordham University School of Law, and as a Career Consultant at New York Law School. I have also been a Contributing Columnist for many years with Cypress Publications where I have been the pre-law admissions advice columnist at preLaw Magazine, and a contributing columnist to the National Jurist. I have published several books, including The Essential Guide to Law School Admissions, and Alternative Careers for Lawyers. I have also taught as an adjunct at Fordham University School of Law, NYU, and Fordham University(undergraduate)--I have taught Legal Research and Writing, Pre-law Boot Camp, and Career and Admissions related courses for students ranging from high school students to law students. Throughout my career, I have leveraged my expertise to guide those applying to school or seeking careers/changing careers throughout the challenging process of admissions and career development.
