I started my career at McKinsey & Company, where I was a top-rated consultant throughout my tenure. Alongside client work, I partnered closely with our recruiting team and even worked on an internal recruiting project, which gave me deep insight into exactly what consulting firms look for in candidates. I know the ins and outs of both the personal fit interview and the case interview, and I can share simple, effective frameworks that help you to sound highly structured without needing to memorize dozens of them. I’m also happy to run through live cases with you. I'm a former Bain consultant and spent several years helping dozens of potential MBB candidates practice case interviews, prepare applications, and network. I come from a non-business major (Computer Science) and can help STEM students optimize their resumes, interviews, and recruiting strategy to stand out. During my time at Bain, I spent over a year and a half in the Private Equity Group. I also did a number of growth strategy and performance improvement cases for large companies in the Tech, Telecommunications, and Education industries. After almost 3 years at Bain, I left to join a venture-capital fund. Since then, I've joined a high-growth startup as a product manager. I can speak to intentional professional development in an MBB environment and the transition from consulting to VC/tech startup ecosystem.

I love working with undergrads looking to break into consulting, largely because I never thought I had a chance to break in myself. I started college with the goal of becoming a CPA and working in public accounting, and decided to make a last-minute push to land a consulting role with an almost nonexistent network of connections in the industry.
