I focused my time on Growth Strategy, Private Equity Advisory (PIPE), and Digital Product Management (via BCG X, formerly known as BCG Digital Ventures). I am a Co-Active certified, International Coaching Federation accredited executive coach with a background in mindfulness and movement. My background also includes 2 years as an Associate Consultant at a boutique strategy consulting firm, as well as 9 years at the Bridgespan Group (sibling to Bain & Co.) post-MBA where I was promoted from Consultant, to Case Team Leader, to Principal. I have deep experience in the consulting lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, promotion. While at Bridgespan, I led Associate Consultant and Consultant recruiting for our office, coordinating closely with global operations. I reviewed resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates, both in case interviews and behavioral interviews. I also was a trainer for new consultants at Bain & Co., with which Bridgespan shares training. I led mentoring efforts for Associate Consultants and Consultants, staffed case teams, and also led performance review discussions.
