I worked at McKinsey for over five years, spending the last two as an Engagement Manager in the Swiss office. As an interviewer, I conducted numerous candidate interviews and can offer valuable insights and tips on how to excel in a consulting interview. I've guided several businesses through the early stages of revenue growth. From establishing validation of their idea, identifying their ICP and strategizing on their go-to-market game plan, don't make the same mistakes that other companies have had to. Once this foundation is set, the work of building structured and scalable teams, systems and processes is next. Tools and tech stacks are then introduced, but require fundamental understanding of how they're going to be used at scale. Then comes tailored and impactful messaging, scripts and collateral.
