During my 4 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I got the chance to work across a number of industries (healthcare, financial services, public sector) as well as all over Europe, the US and Australia. Coming from a non-business background, I understand what it means to navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting. Having broken into strategy consulting from a non-traditional (engineering) background, I understand the nuances of the undergraduate consulting recruiting process and bring a fresh perspective on what it takes to succeed in today's competitive landscape. I've mentored dozens of college students to land offers from top firms and have given over 100 case interviews along the way. My experience leading two of the largest consulting organizations at my university and hosting recruiting events at Accenture has equipped me with invaluable insights and strategies. I have coached over 15 people over the last year and a half. I have a track record of success, with 80% of my clients landing offers at Bain, BCG, and McKinsey. My main expertise falls under consulting diversity programs, internships, and entry-level roles.

I've guided several businesses through the early stages of revenue growth. From establishing validation of their idea, identifying their ICP and strategizing on their go-to-market game plan, don't make the same mistakes that other companies have had to. Once this foundation is set, the work of building structured and scalable teams, systems and processes is next. Tools and tech stacks are then introduced, but require fundamental understanding of how they're going to be used at scale. Then comes tailored and impactful messaging, scripts and collateral. Once we have sales opportunities to start the funnel and pipeline, I will ensure efficiency throughout the customer journey with sales, and beyond into implementation and customer success. Strategy building and training on growth and expansion efforts round out the revenue cycle. This process scales as the business grows. My experience as a founder and mastering this process through various companies in SaaS, serving 10+ industries has solidified the process, the roadmap and the outcome.

I successfully broke into Bain as a non-business major at a non-target school. I joined Bain as an Associate Consultant and stayed until I became a Manager. In the meantime, I managed to get transferred twicce (from Dubai to Los Angeles to Washington DC) and get sponsored to study my MBA. As a high-performing Consultant at Deloitte with 'Exceptional' client ratings year after year, I've led strategy efforts across biopharma, technology, and industrials, delivering 20 unique projects over 4 years. I spent 3 years on our recruiting team for Southern California schools as my firm initiative or 'extracurricular', co-leading recruitment for the Claremont Colleges and supporting recruitment at USC and UCLA in addition to my client work. Through that and Deloitte's Leadership, Allyship, and Mentorship Program (DLAMP) for underrepresented applicants, I led multiple candidates through the Deloitte Consulting application process and coordinated recruitment and selection efforts on the back end.
