As a former Consultant and interviewer at BCG, I bring a wealth of experience and insider knowledge to help you succeed in getting a MBB offer. During my time at BCG, I focus mostly on growth strategy and deal advisory projects in the consumer goods space. Regarding coaching, I have also coached 20+ individuals, with more than half landing MBB offers. I do this by writing my own cases based on my work, teaching them how to effectively present their interview responses (the real differentiator), and also explaining the real-world parallel behind these suggestions. Hi! I'm Anna, a UCLA senior who has hands on consulting experience through multiple client projects, internships, and case competitions. I’ve navigated several rigorous recruiting cycles, advanced through dozens of interviews, and earned multiple consulting offers. I was also a finalist in a national case competition and a first-round winner of the Bain Case Competition, experiences that strengthened both my analytical rigor and creative problem-solving skills. These opportunities gave me firsthand insight into how firms evaluate candidates, from resume screening and coffee chats to final-round cases and offer decisions. Because I’ve gone through the entire process myself, I truly understand how recruiting works in practice. I know how to build meaningful relationships through networking, turn coffee chats into referrals, and position yourself strategically throughout the cycle. I'm passionate about case coaching and helping people achieve their career goals. I got my start coaching for consulting over a decade ago, when I founded an organization called Texas MCA that is now the leading pipeline from the University of Texas at Austin into MBB consulting. I then went on to have a long career in consulting in which I learned a lot about business, myself, and recruiting. Over the years, I reviewed 2-3k resumes, interviewed 200-300 prospective Bain consultants, and hired 50-60 Bainies in total. Bain is a special place, but so is McKinsey where I interned before joining Bain. Happy to help with BCG as well.
