Hello and welcome! I’m Natalie - entrepreneur, founder, and longtime sounding board for the people around me who are making big decisions and shifting into new chapters. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, specializing in business development and marketing, and I’ve built my career across borders - living and working in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Russia, Mexico City and traveling throughout Europe. Those years of moving between cultures, businesses, and identities taught me how to adapt quickly, think strategically, and make decisions without needing every answer upfront. I founded Cadoh at 24, and went on to build Bloomable Natural Products with my mom - bootstrapping and scaling it into a 7-figure DTC e-commerce business. I’ve managed everything from launch strategy and paid acquisition to partnerships, product iteration, and customer retention. More importantly, I know what it feels like to take the leap when you’re only 60% sure, stay committed when things get messy, and grow something you truly believe in. I coach because helping others tune into clarity and alignment genuinely gives me energy. My educational background includes a Masters of Science from the National University of Singapore and executive programs from Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, and INSEAD, equipping me with cutting-edge frameworks and skills. Through hosting Break the Barrier Podcast, I’ve spent years engaging with diverse voices, unpacking real challenges, and fostering growth through thoughtful conversation, all while helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. In addition to my work as a creator and connector, I’ve built a strategic career in brand and product leadership, where I’ve helped individuals and teams set clear objectives, analyze complex situations, and create actionable plans that drive results. My career spans tech sales leadership from big tech to scale-ups, but I've built it while working on side projects like a cooking school and surf camp, and picking up new loves like surfskating and dancing. I believe it's always the right time to explore and pivot.

I’m a certified leadership and well-being coach with over 10 years of experience in consulting, where my work was grounded in human-centered design, creating digital and physical experiences that put people at the center. Today, I bring that same lens to coaching, partnering with students, budding professionals, and experienced leaders who are seeking greater clarity, balance, and intention in how they live and work. My approach blends thoughtful inquiry with practices that support self-awareness, stress regulation, and intentional action, informed by my work as a yoga instructor.
