After +24 years in the Corporate world, I transitioned to entrepreneurship as a Holistic Transformational and Breathwork Coach. I am a certified transformational and breathwork coach, a master practitioner in NLP, Hypnosis, and mental and emotional release, and an Instant Miracle Coach. As the founder of BA Coaching & Consulting LLC and The Breathing Lab, I empower high-impact professionals to break free from burnout, reclaim their worthiness, and lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose. I integrate methodologies and approaches into traditional coaching to have a bigger impact in my clients. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, I have been featured in books, magazine articles, podcasts, summits, and leadership circles, sharing my expertise on mindset, healing burnout, self-worth, and leadership evolution. When I am not coaching or speaking, you’ll find me in nature, reading about neuroscience, or spending time with her husband, daughter, dog (Jedi Walker), and parrot (Venus).
Why do I coach?
I have been coaching and mentoring for over 18 years, but in 2016, everything shifted. An injury led to an emergency cervical fusion and a long recovery, forcing me to dive deep into the power of the mind, neuroscience, the quantum field, and the law of attraction. This healing journey—combined with my own cycles of burnout—became the catalyst for my mission to help others break free from their own limitations. I have a unique ability to see what others can’t—helping them uncover the unconscious patterns holding them back and guiding them toward transformation.
