I’ve helped people navigate career transitions, burnout, self-doubt, work-life balance, family dynamics, and relationship struggles—always with the goal of reconnecting to what matters most. With 10+ years in tech at Google, Microsoft, and Tencent—and lived experience as a working mom and entrepreneur—I bring both empathy and structure to every session. I’ve always believed that your career and your life are not two separate stories. My journey has had its share of challenges, and it’s those very moments that shaped how I coach today. I started my career while managing a chronic illness, learning early on how to advocate for myself and set boundaries while still delivering at a high level. When I decided to pivot into consulting, I didn’t have the typical background so I worked part-time on pro bono projects, built a case for my employer to sponsor my MBA, and did everything I could to create opportunities where there weren’t any handed to me. Through all of this, I never lost sight of balance. I made time for movement where weight training and daily walks became my grounding rituals. I prioritized staying connected with my family and friends, even during the busiest times. That balance wasn’t a luxury, it was a necessity. And now, I coach others to find that same alignment: between ambition and well-being, between big goals and small wins. As a PCC Certified Executive Coach, I also work as a Life Coach, specifically in Authentic Awakening & Transformation. I tie together the rigor of the executive world with the flow of the spiritual. My rich blend of skills and a multi-hyphenate background including executive coaching, reiki (energy healing), tarot reading, and natural intuitive abilities allow me to be an excellent coach and healer, with an eye for detail and heart in my clients’ unique stories.
