Cécile’s Life Coaching Qualifications
Experience level: Executive
I help ambitious people stop running on autopilot and start making intentional choices about their careers and their lives. After 20+ years in product leadership at companies like LinkedIn, Meta, and Vodafone, and after my own share of burnout, cross-continental moves, and professional reinventions, I know firsthand that success means nothing if it comes at the cost of your health, your relationships, or your sense of self. Recently, I put that philosophy into practice in the most personal way possible: after 20 years as an expat in Düsseldorf, London, and over a decade in Silicon Valley, I moved my family back to the South of France to build a life I actually designed, not one I defaulted into. That's what living with intention looks like to me. My coaching approach draws on all of it: the experience of leading teams through complexity and ambiguity, the hard-won lessons of rebuilding a career and a life multiple times as a working parent, and my ongoing work at Live Well with Cécile (www.livewellwithcecile.com), where I write about health, wellbeing, and productivity for real people. No extreme biohacking, no overwhelm. Just the foundations, done consistently.

About Cécile
I’m a product leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling technology products across startups and global companies. I grew up in France, built my career across Europe and the US, and spent many years in Silicon Valley before recently moving back to the South of France with my family. Professionally, I’ve worked in a wide range of environments — from early-stage startups figuring things out from scratch, to large organizations with complex systems, strong opinions, and high stakes. I’ve led teams through growth, re-orgs, platform shifts, and moments where the “next right move” wasn’t obvious. On a personal level, I’m a working parent, a dual French-American citizen, and someone who has gone through multiple reinventions — geographically, professionally, and personally. I know what it’s like to build an ambitious career while navigating family life, cultural transitions, self-doubt, health issues and periods of burnout or reassessment. What tends to resonate with people is that I’m both strategic and deeply human. I care about results, but I also care about how people experience their work and their lives. I don’t believe in generic advice or one-size-fits-all paths. I believe in clarity, intentional choices, and building careers that are both successful and sustainable. Outside of work, I enjoy learning, writing, and sharing ideas about wellbeing, productivity, and intentional living. I’m endlessly curious about people, systems, and what helps us do our best work without losing ourselves along the way.
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because I wouldn’t be where I am today without the mentors who believed in me, challenged me, and helped me see myself more clearly at key moments in my career. I’ve been fortunate to have a few mentors whose guidance made a real difference — not just professionally, but personally. These weren’t transactional relationships. They were built over time, through trust, honesty, and mutual respect. I still reach out to them regularly, and their voices continue to shape how I think about leadership, careers, and life choices. As I became more senior, coaching and mentoring others naturally became one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Whether supporting someone through a difficult decision, helping them navigate a transition, or simply offering perspective when things feel overwhelming, I consistently found these conversations to be the moments that mattered most. I coach because I genuinely enjoy helping people slow down, get unstuck, and make intentional choices. I don’t see coaching as “fixing” people — I see it as creating space for clarity, confidence, and momentum. My approach is practical, empathetic, and grounded in real experience. I aim to meet people where they are, without judgment, and help them move forward in a way that feels aligned with who they are and what they want. Coaching is meaningful to me because it’s where experience, empathy, and impact come together — and because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to have the right person in your corner at the right time.
