Natalie’s Life Coaching Qualifications
Experience level: Executive
Hello and welcome! I’m Natalie - entrepreneur, founder, and longtime sounding board for the people around me who are making big decisions and shifting into new chapters. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, specializing in business development and marketing, and I’ve built my career across borders - living and working in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Russia, Mexico City and traveling throughout Europe. Those years of moving between cultures, businesses, and identities taught me how to adapt quickly, think strategically, and make decisions without needing every answer upfront. I founded Cadoh at 24, and went on to build Bloomable Natural Products with my mom - bootstrapping and scaling it into a 7-figure DTC e-commerce business. I’ve managed everything from launch strategy and paid acquisition to partnerships, product iteration, and customer retention. More importantly, I know what it feels like to take the leap when you’re only 60% sure, stay committed when things get messy, and grow something you truly believe in. I coach because helping others tune into clarity and alignment genuinely gives me energy. Whether you’re navigating a career pivot, building your first business, or trying to reconnect with what inspires you, I’m here to help you untangle the noise, commit to the ideas that serve you, and build a path you can actually wake up for.

About Natalie
I’m an e-commerce founder and coach who thinks deeply about what’s next, both in business and in life. In my twenties, I built and scaled Bloomable, a Canadian mother-daughter natural supplement brand, into a 7-figure, bootstrapped DTC business. It taught me how to launch, iterate, and scale online but more importantly, how to build work you can stand behind, feel inspired by, and show up to as your best-self everyday. I coach because I love helping people think through big transitions: finding careers, industries, or DTC paths that actually inspire them. I’m here as a sounding board for your next chapter - not to tell you what to do, but to help you hear yourself think and make moves that feel aligned and energizing. Loving your work and the life is you are building is so important. I'm here to help you figure out how to do that.
Why do I coach?
For most of my life, I’ve always unofficially coached the people around me through career changes, job searches, moves across borders, identity resets, and the general chaos of life. I think it’s because I’ve always been so comfortable starting new chapters myself, so I can see the path a little clearer when others can’t, yet. I’ve had incredible mentors and candid sounding boards in my own journey too - the kind of people who told me the truth, bet on me early, and reminded me to keep going when challenges felt bigger than my confidence. I didn’t just learn strategy from them but I also learned conviction. What gives me energy is watching someone go from overwhelmed to decided. I genuinely enjoy helping people untangle the noise, make hard choices, and commit to something that will serve them better in the long term. There’s a certain spark that comes alive when someone finally says yes to a path that excites or scares them (or both!) and being a small part of that moment feels deeply meaningful to me. Coaching matters to me because the right move can change everything, but it often starts with a decision and a conversation. And I love being the person who helps you get there, you don't have to do it alone.
