I’ve navigated multiple reinventions (and I am sure there are more to come!) From being a college athlete, to earning my CPA, working in Big 4 tax, transitioning to consulting, and graduating from Wharton with my MBA my path has been full of twists and turns. But even with all the “right” boxes checked, I found myself constantly questioning what I really wanted. Life coaching helped me set boundaries, reconnect with what I value, and start building a version of success that actually felt like me. I’ve since built practices around wellness, reflection, and goal-setting that help me stay grounded while still growing. I bring ICF ACC certification and credentials as well as five years of experience working with people at moments of growth, pressure, and change. My background spans senior sales and leadership roles at global organizations, start-up consulting, and years of coaching individuals navigating work, identity, and life transitions. This combination allows me to coach from lived experience, not theory alone. I am a certified life and leadership coach with training in emotional intelligence, communication psychology, and trauma-informed practices. As a mom and business owner, I understand the realities of balancing ambition, responsibility, and personal wellbeing. My approach is practical, reflective, and deeply human. I help clients build clarity, confidence, and self-trust so they can make decisions that feel aligned and sustainable in real life, not just on paper.

My career spans tech sales leadership from big tech to scale-ups, but I've built it while working on side projects like a cooking school and surf camp, and picking up new loves like surfskating and dancing. I believe it's always the right time to explore and pivot.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, specializing in business development and marketing, and I’ve built my career across borders - living and working in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Russia, Mexico City and traveling throughout Europe. Those years of moving between cultures, businesses, and identities taught me how to adapt quickly, think strategically, and make decisions without needing every answer upfront. I founded Cadoh at 24, and went on to build Bloomable Natural Products with my mom - bootstrapping and scaling it into a 7-figure DTC e-commerce business. I’ve managed everything from launch strategy and paid acquisition to partnerships, product iteration, and customer retention. More importantly, I know what it feels like to take the leap when you’re only 60% sure, stay committed when things get messy, and grow something you truly believe in. I coach because helping others tune into clarity and alignment genuinely gives me energy.
