I work with people of any background, using my clients' own belief systems about the world as a foundation. I offer a judgment-free, safe space and tailored coaching to: • reconnect to your body & intuition after burnout • manage transitions - in career, parenthood, family of origin, or identity • grapple with religious, moral, or spiritual questions you're facing • use meditation to activate your parasympathetic nervous system • find meaning and stability in tragedy and chaos • uncover your life and career purpose After a lifetime of overachieving, I broke down. I experienced a cocktail of burnout, unresolved family issues, and chronic pain that left me unable to type for 2 years. Disconnected from my purported values and body, I had found myself trapped by thoughts of what I “should” do, and riddled with anxiety. Following a years-long healing journey, I took courses in counseling and pain reprocessing therapy before becoming a secular hospital chaplain. In working with my patients, we addressed matters as diverse as divorce, parenthood, gender transition, terminal illness, and bereavement. I eventually closed that chapter, but it helped me realize how much I love being a sanctuary and a thought partner for people navigating complex challenges.
