I’m a certified leadership coach (ICF-ACC) and former Head of People at a Series C fintech, along with additional experience in talent development roles across a range of industries including Tech, Entertainment, Corporate Real Estate, Financial Services, and Hospitality industries, at small startups and F500 companies alike. I've built leadership development programs from the ground up and coached dozens of new and emerging managers through real-world challenges. As a leadership development coach, I bring a wealth of experience from my roles at Brown University, where I served as president of several student organizations and led initiatives that fostered leadership among peers. My work as a mentor at Crimson Education has allowed me to guide over 60 students from 17 countries, helping them gain acceptance to prestigious institutions like MIT, Brown, and Columbia. Additionally, my role as a business advisor at Harvard Business School and my experience in risk management consulting at Goldman Sachs have equipped me with the skills to mentor aspiring leaders in both academic and professional settings. I am a PCC certified executive coach, fundraising coach, and project manager with 16+ years of experience. Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in the not-for-profit field as a CEO, COO, and Major Gifts Fundraiser in the educational, cultural, philanthropic and environmental sectors. I have a passion for operations, fundraising, youth engagement and culture building. I coach leaders to find a more gentle, sustainable and fulfilling approach for building an organization where volunteers, staff and board feel they are enough and see each other as collaborators on a mission to build a more just world. I believe vulnerability is not weakness, but a super power and that everyone has the capacity to use what they have to find what they need. As a coach, I'm really good at helping my clients slow down and make decisions. Technically, I am good at fundraising, project management, goal setting and accountability.

I've been a CEO for 15+ years and one of the top jobs of a CEO is to grow employees, advance their career, not just in your company but prepare them for after. I have helped advanced the careers of hundreds of employees, all of which have stayed and colleagues, friends and mentees. Perhaps this one small principle will make you see that I am different than most other people. In all of my companies I've had a rule where there can't be any job that doesn't have a path to grow. How about my executive assistant then? In most companies EA's stay in one job forever. All EA I've had, had a career path from EA to customer support, to account management to sales. I've grown so many administrative assistants to be sales people, and they are eternally grateful. Even the simplest job has to have a growth path otherwise employees are unhappy. I have never seen an employee leave working for me that I didn't want to see leave. It's these small but important principles that make it happen.

In addition, I worked with multiple executive teams as a member of Bain's Leadership Practice to create stronger direction, better discipline, more dynamism, shared drive, and deeper collaboration. Beyond my experience at Bain, I am trained in the Co-Active Training Institute model of leadership coaching.
