I am an ICF accredited and award-winning Executive Coach, supporting and developing individuals and teams to be their best selves and thrive in their careers. With a career at one of the world’s top business schools, I have acquired best practice experience and a deep understanding of the challenges professionals face, along with a proven track record of elevating their performance and success. I was latterly the Manager of the Strategy & Entrepreneurship Department and a recipient of the Distinguished Contribution Staff Award for Excellence in Coaching and People Management. I coach professionals in the UK and Internationally in industries ranging from Education and Law to Management Consulting & Investment Banking. An advocate for a people-centric, and inclusive workplace culture, I work with my clients to navigate successful career paths, enhance management and leadership skills, and increase confidence and soft skills. My coaching provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for individuals and teams to develop their full potential, improve their effectiveness and interpersonal relationships and take actionable direction.
