I bring 20+ years of executive leadership experience, having built and scaled teams across technology companies ranging from fast-growing SaaS startups to Fortune 500 organizations. As VP of Product at SimplePractice, I led cross-functional teams that contributed to 56% year-over-year revenue growth while managing stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and customer success. At Pearson, I scaled a leadership team from 4 to 21 people while being responsible for $86M in revenue, learning how to develop leaders who could navigate ambiguity, drive strategic thinking, and build high-performing teams across multiple geographies. I’ve also served as Chair of the Bowdoin College Alumni Council and its Diversity Committee, leading governance and strategic decision-making at the institutional level. With a distinguished career in sales leadership, I have made significant contributions to renowned brands including LinkedIn, The Economist, and Ziff Davis. I have a long track record of achieving results by guiding individuals toward elevated performance, growth, and self-awareness. My corporate background includes leading teams to record revenue achievements and spearheading strategies for growth. During my decade-long tenure at LinkedIn, I was part of the sales launch team for sponsored content; led a large global cross-functional sales team dedicated to supporting LinkedIn's largest customers; and played a critical leadership role in building a North America key account sales organization. I honed my expertise in relationship building and growth strategies by engaging with C-level and other high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies. My sustained high-performance garnered recognition as a top global sales performer for multiple consecutive years. At The Economist, I served as the head of sales for advertising, research, and events in the Western United States and Latin America where I developed and executed a new global sales strategy. Under my leadership, the sales team achieved consecutive years of record revenue sales. Prior to The Economist, I dedicated seven-plus years at Ziff Davis to building, training, and coaching top-tier advertising-sales organizations.
