About Nick

I didn’t start my career knowing exactly where I’d end up. I began in an entry-level role at Kraft Heinz and, over the past decade, worked my way into senior leadership. Along the way, I’ve experienced the uncertainty of career pivots, the pressure of proving myself, and the challenge of figuring out what actually drives advancement inside large organizations. I’ve always been drawn to mentoring. Throughout my career, I’ve informally coached colleagues navigating promotions, role changes, and career crossroads. I enjoy helping ambitious professionals step back, think strategically, and make intentional decisions rather than reactive ones. I earned my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, which sharpened my strategic thinking and deepened my understanding of leadership and organizational dynamics. But most of what I coach comes from real-world experience—leading teams, making hiring decisions, navigating politics, and building credibility over time. Outside of work, I’m based in the Chicago area and balance corporate leadership with family life and a constant curiosity about how people grow and succeed in their careers.
