Jarrett’s Leadership Coaching Qualifications
Coaches professionally
Experience level: Manager
60+ people coached for Leadership Coaching
My coaching credentials are built on more than certifications. They are grounded in enterprise-scale impact. As the Air Force Coaching and Mentoring Program Manager, I stood up and scaled one of the largest internal coaching ecosystems in the federal government, growing the program to over 1,500 credentialed coaches and over 13,000 clients across the enterprise. That experience gave me a rare operational perspective on coaching: I didn't just practice it, I architected the systems, training pipelines, and governance frameworks that made it sustainable at scale. To deepen my practice, I pursued and earned both the International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC-ICF) and Board Certified Coach (BCC) credentials, grounding my instincts in evidence-based methodology and professional standards. I have coached leaders and teams across every level of the organization, from frontline supervisors navigating their first leadership roles to senior executives managing complex, high-stakes environments. My approach blends behavioral science, organizational psychology, and hard-won leadership experience to help people unlock clarity, build capacity, and lead with greater intention.

About Jarrett
I grew up in a small town in Georgia, joined the Air Force at 18, and never looked back. What started as a leap of faith became a lifelong journey of growth, service, and discovery. Over 17 years of military service have taken me across the country and around the world, exposing me to diverse people, complex challenges, and transformative experiences that shaped not just my career, but my character. I've led organizations, navigated adversity, earned credentials, and pursued knowledge relentlessly, not for the accolades, but because I believe the more you grow, the more you have to give. That belief is the thread running through everything I do. Whether I'm leading enterprise workforce strategy at Headquarters Air Combat Command, partnering with ACC's Chief Data and AI Officer on AI integration initiatives, advancing my M.S. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, or coaching the next generation of leaders, my purpose remains the same: to take everything life has taught me and pour it back into the people around me. I'm not just building a career. I'm building a legacy of shared growth.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I've seen firsthand what happens when talented people lack the infrastructure to translate their potential into performance. Throughout my career leading enterprise-scale organizations, I encountered brilliant professionals stalled not by capability, but by clarity, unclear on their value, untrained in strategic self-advocacy, or simply unseen by the systems designed to develop them. Coaching became my discipline for closing that gap. As a Board Certified Coach, I work at the intersection of behavioral science, leadership psychology, and organizational strategy to help executives and emerging leaders move from reactive to intentional, building the self-awareness, decision-making frameworks, and executive presence required to lead with precision in complex environments. For me, coaching isn't a service. It's a force multiplier.
Work Experience

Superintendent, Headquarters ACC Command Staff
United States Air Force
March 2025 - Present
Leading global HR workforce strategy across international security operations, this role allows me to develop and integrate a multi-talent workforce spread across complex matrixed organizations to posture largescale agile National Defense operations. As Regional Headquarters A.I. Action Team Lead, I architect and deploy asymmetric mission use cases integrating Generative AI, AI coding, workforce training, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise data to optimize robotic process automation (RPA), retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI, augmenting human-centered teaming and enforcing governance aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. In parallel, I partner with the Chief Data and AI Office and Science and Technology Division to steer innovation, embedding research and experimentation initiatives that deliver scalable systems, frameworks, and strategies connecting people, technology, and strategic objectives. Championing Lean Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies, I drive large-scale continuous process improvement (CPI) projects with measurable ROI through triaged data-driven process redesign, technology integration, and stakeholder collaboration. I consult senior leaders and HR business partners on organizational effectiveness, HR metrics, and talent strategy to continuously adapt operations to rapidly evolving environments.
