I’m currently a Product and Strategy Executive in Tech. I have 15 +years of experience in Product, Strategy, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and Engineering roles. With a background spanning Tech, Healthcare, and Consumer Products, I bring a wealth of functional and industry experiences to the table. Trained in human-centered design, I combine industry knowledge with innovative strategies to help you build the dream life you're looking for. I’m a mother, wife, and gender equity advocate. Most importantly, I am a person of faith who believes in a higher calling beyond any role or position; such a calling ultimately drives my life purpose and work. In prior roles, I helped build and launch companies within AAA’s venture studio and worked across private equity and consulting, which gave me exposure to how effective leaders actually operate under pressure and uncertainty. Leadership is not something you learn from theory. It shows up in how you make decisions, communicate, prioritize, and lead people when the stakes are real. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t across different environments, from early-stage teams to more established organizations. I work with people who are stepping into bigger roles or trying to operate at a higher level, helping them think more clearly, navigate complexity, and lead with intention rather than reacting in the moment.

I have served on state advisory boards focused on developing leadership and talent, as well as serving in leadership roles at multiple early stage companies across my career. Following my own company’s exit, I have formalized my coaching practice, seeking to give back as well as remain engaged in meaningful work with entrepreneurs and executives earlier in their own careers.
