Hi there! I'm Chris - an accomplished executive coach (ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) with 15+ years of strategic leadership experience in diverse industries. I have been trained at J&J in their methodology for creating high-performing teams (Curphy Solutions model). This program offers a rich suite of research-based tools to diagnose sources of team issues and solutions to address them.
