I am a successfully exited founder (GreatHorn, sold to private equity in 2022), with over a decade of experience as a working CEO, a deep background in the startup community, and have served as a board director, advisor, and mentor to multiple early stage companies. I have served on state advisory boards focused on developing leadership and talent, as well as serving in leadership roles at multiple early stage companies across my career. Following my own company’s exit, I have formalized my coaching practice, seeking to give back as well as remain engaged in meaningful work with entrepreneurs and executives earlier in their own careers. I specialize in helping with authenticity, conflict resolution at the C-level and with complex boards, and with strategic change management.

I hold a JD from Stanford Law School and have spent several of the last years as an attorney at top firms, like DLA Piper and Fenwick & West, supporting founders, executives, and high-growth companies through complex decision-making, corporate governance, and high-pressure strategic moments. My passion for developing leaders began 10+ years ago at Vanderbilt where I coached 50+ Model UN students on public speaking, communication clarity, and storytelling. This work deepened at Stanford, where I was hired to coach graduate and undergraduate students in persuasion, impactful interviewing and navigating presentation anxiety - helping many step into competitive consulting and academic roles alike. As a former Princeton Review instructor and Career Advisor, I’ve guided students through competitive admissions and major academic milestones, including successful admission into the most prestigious graduate programs.
