Throughout my career, I led teams of up to 360 personnel, managed programs and assets exceeding $2B, and advised senior leaders at the 4-star/CEO level—making high-consequence decisions in environments defined by uncertainty, pressure, and constant change. My leadership experience spans global operations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, where success depended on strategic clarity, disciplined execution, effective communication, and the ability to develop strong, resilient teams.
