I am a 20+ year sales & marketing executive that has worked at Fortune 500 companies (P&G, Google, and Meta), and have been a Chief Revenue Officer at an AI analytics startup. I have interviewed and managed people at all ends of the spectrum from new hires to VP / excecs, in the US and APAC. I have a passion for developing others and helping the next generation of leaders to succeed. My purpose in life is to help people connect the dots to breathe life into their imagined futures. I believe my frameworks can also help people figure out what they want out of their careers and personal success / happiness.

Most people don’t lose opportunities because they lack credentials. They lose them because their story doesn’t land. I work with ambitious professionals and Ivy-bound applicants who need to reposition their story during moments of change (e.g., career pivots, industry shifts, layoffs, or competitive admissions cycles.) I continue to operate professionally while coaching, which keeps my advice grounded in current market realities. My background spans higher education leadership, global tech, and platform-based businesses, where I’ve led strategy and partnerships through periods of growth, reinvention, and ambiguity. I’ve personally navigated non-linear career moves, rebranding at senior levels, and the trade-offs that come with choosing momentum over optics. What I do differently than most coaches: I don’t optimize for logos or titles. I help you decide what you’re actually positioning for, make intentional trade-offs, and articulate a narrative that holds up across resumes, applications, interviews, and real conversations. Coaching software engineers is a major part of my day-to-day job. I've worked with dozens of engineers across varying experience levels with different goals and personalities. I am especially proficient in and passionate about helping people to set challenging goals and follow through on them. I have studied goal setting frameworks, and I have changed how my entire department utilizes goal setting for better efficacy. I've helped high performers to continue to grow and achieve great things, and I've helped struggling engineers to turn their performance around and get on the fast track to multiple promotions. I have been fortunate to have success in navigating upward career steps, with a track record of success and regular promotions at both Bloomberg and at BCG. At Bloomberg, I navigated a transition from contractor to employee and created a new more strategic role for myself. At BCG, I was promoted from consultant to project leader to principal. I was promoted early to principal and served as a formal coach and informal to colleagues as they navigated their own BCG and non-BCG career paths. Upon deciding to leave BCG, I investigated multiple opportunities across large corporations, start-ups, and franchises before settling on my next role.

As a certified professional coach (ACC) I derive joy from deeply connecting with individuals and helping them thrive professionally. I have 10 years of experience in people management, program management and management consulting. I have worked with people from dozens of different countries. My most recent corporate role was leading a team of over 100 in the Live Operations department at Glovo, a tech company based in Barcelona specializing in food delivery. My team was responsible for ensuring problem-solving for our customers, couriers, and partners (restaurants & stores) in Georgia and Armenia. My favorite aspects of the job were people management and coaching. In parallel, I taught Change Management at the #1 business school in Georgia and I loved it. Before Glovo I spent 4 years at Amazon between Seattle and London. As a go-to-market manager, I successfully launched Amazon's over 50 new devices with European retailers. I brought structure to a hectic launch preparation process and promoted accountability among team members. I managed stakeholders with conflicting interests to get them to focus on common goals and achieve them together. I also facilitated Customer Obsession 101 trainings to reinforce Amazon UK’s customer-centric culture and I loved it! I hold an MBA degree from Georgetown University, where I graduated in the top 8% of my class on a Fulbright scholarship. Before pursuing my MBA, I worked for nearly five years in management consulting where I honed my analytical, quick learning and presentation skills.
