Why do I coach?
I believe a career is more than a paycheck. It's the stewardship of your talents. I've made a career pivot myself. I've sat in high-stakes interviews and had to prove my value in rooms where I wasn't the obvious choice. Those experiences gave me real empathy for where my clients are sitting when they reach out.
