Welcome! I have 10+ years of experience in the private sector, including six years in strategic management consulting working across multiple industries. I have been fortunate to have success in navigating upward career steps, with a track record of success and regular promotions at both Bloomberg and at BCG. At Bloomberg, I navigated a transition from contractor to employee and created a new more strategic role for myself. At BCG, I was promoted from consultant to project leader to principal. I was promoted early to principal and served as a formal coach and informal to colleagues as they navigated their own BCG and non-BCG career paths. Upon deciding to leave BCG, I investigated multiple opportunities across large corporations, start-ups, and franchises before settling on my next role.

About Nick
Welcome! I have 10+ years of experience in the private sector starting with my time at Bloomberg. After four years as an analyst, I chose to go to Darden (UVA) to get my MBA. My goal was to pivot into a strategic role. While at Darden, I recruited across general management and consulting roles. I chose to go to BCG full-time and spent six years (consultant, project leader, principal) working across multiple industries (industrial manufacturing, energy & utilities, health, IT, retail). I have been fortunate to have success in navigating each career step and promotion in both companies and look forward to helping you! Outside of my professional live, I enjoy painting, writing satire, and staying active.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I am passionate about learning & development both formally and informally. I was a formal career coach at both Darden and BCG. I have also benefited from coaching and informal mentorship at each stage of my professional career, from Bloomberg to Darden to BCG. I know first-hand the difference that that it made in my career growth and trajectory. My goal is to bring the benefit of my experience to you as you perform your look to grow in your career!
