She asked what I actually wanted, then worked backward from there. The interview prep was the same way. Not a script to memorize. A real conversation about how to talk about my experience so it actually lands. I walked out of our sessions knowing exactly what I'd say and why. I worked with Apurva as the PM counterpart in the syndication team. She is a great dev to work with, hard-working and constantly looking for new challenges. She owned the UI that she inherited in the team and very effectively added critical features to it for O-365 launch. She developed good technical depth in all the areas related to syndication. She could take on any production issue and drive them to closure very effectively. I highly recommend Apurva for a developer role in a fast paced environment which provides lots of challenging work.
