About Jonathan
Hi! I'm Jonathan. I spent ten years as an Investment Banker and another eight years as a hiring manager - recruiting, interviewing, managing and coaching Analysts and Associates. I am a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Harvard Business school. When not coaching, I enjoy exercising and reading non-fiction books.
Why do I coach?
I have always been involved in coaching and mentoring in my career, starting in the military, then continuing through my twenty-plus year career in financial services. I truly enjoy working 1-on-1 with motivated candidates and seeing them succeed.
